Driver Requirements: All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.

Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance is included in your rental price. However, we highly recommend purchasing additional coverage to protect against potential damages or theft.

Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return the car with a full tank to avoid refueling charges.

Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards. A security deposit will be held on your card during the rental period.

Mileage Limits: Standard mileage limits apply. Please check your rental agreement for specific details. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the limit.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Changing Your Reservation: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability and may affect your rental rate.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel in advance, a no-show fee may be charged, and your booking will be forfeited.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account..
